ANOMALY / THE TETHER LAB

Approach

From an ambiguous brief to a practical technical response.

I start by listening to the people involved and looking at how the work happens. I want to understand the constraints before adding another tool or process.

Customer research, behavioural insight and operational data help me separate the problem from an assumed solution.

Then I prototype a response with software, AI or automation, test it against the task and refine what fails. The system should reduce complexity for the people using it.

ANOMALY / APPROACH
A GUIDE TO THE SYSTEM

Follow your curiosity.

The Sun is Home. Planets are sections. Their satellites are projects, ideas and experience: moons, smaller planets and celestial anomalies. The bright star is Stack; selecting it reveals a pulsar and the tools I use.

Select a labelled body or use Explore. Back restores your previous view, or the parent for a directly opened page. Home returns to the Sun. Click empty space outside a window to close it. Your browser’s Back and Forward work too.

Drag the scene to pan and scroll to zoom. The + and − controls also zoom; ↺ restores the current view. Choose Explore 3D for a full-screen view without text or controls. On touch screens, pan with one finger or pinch with two. Press Escape to return Home. The scene fills the current window without changing the app or browser window mode.

Use Tab to move between controls, Enter to select, and Escape to go back. All content remains available without the 3D scene.
